CARO participates in EASA’s cross-border complaints system. Cross-border complaints are complaints about advertisements originating in media or from advertisers based in another country to that of the complainant.
There has been a significant rise in cross-border complaints forwarded to CARO and CARO has created a dedicated section on their website to publicize the decisions.
